Strong8K Setup Guide

Supported Devices

Strong8K works through compatible IPTV player applications. Start with the device family, confirm the operating system and player requirements, then test the account before customer activation.

Device families

Choose the customer’s main device

Smart TVs

Use a player available for the television’s operating system. Confirm the TV model and app availability before activation.

Best check: OS version + player login format

Android TV & TV Boxes

Suitable when the device supports a compatible player and has enough storage, memory, and network performance.

Best check: updated system + stable Ethernet or Wi-Fi

Phones & Tablets

Useful for quick testing and mobile viewing through a compatible player. Test both Wi-Fi and mobile data conditions.

Best check: background restrictions + network switching

Windows & macOS

Desktop and laptop users should choose a player that accepts the account format and supports the required stream quality.

Best check: firewall, player permissions, and hardware decoding

Streaming Devices

Compact streaming hardware can work well when the operating system supports a compatible player and the device is properly updated.

Best check: app source + available storage

Other Compatible Players

For any unlisted device, confirm that the player accepts an approved Strong8K account format before promising compatibility.

Best check: run a real login test first

Connection formats

Choose the format the player supports

Xtream Codes

Simple login

Uses the server URL, username, and password. Choose it when the selected player includes an Xtream Codes or API login option.

M3U Playlist

Flexible link

Uses a complete playlist link. Choose it only when the player supports M3U playlists and the full URL can be entered safely.

Before customer activation

Five checks every reseller should complete

  1. 1
    Confirm the exact device

Record the model and operating system version.

  2. 2
    Confirm the player format

Check whether the player accepts Xtream Codes, M3U, or both.

  3. 3
    Test account login

Verify successful login before sharing details with the customer.

  4. 4
    Test network quality

Use the customer’s real connection whenever possible.

  5. 5
    Document the working setup

Save the device, player, and format used for future support.

Compatibility note

Device compatibility depends on the operating system, player version, account format, available resources, and network quality. Confirm the setup through a real test before activating a customer account.
